Our Story

DLP Commercial Maintenance Systems is a family-owned and operated business rooted in North Canton, Ohio. What began in 2008 as a "one-man show" by our owner, Dan Petrick, has evolved into a regional leader in commercial cleaning. While we officially became an LLC in 2010 and have experienced significant growth every year since, Dan’s founding vision remains unchanged: to provide a personal, small-business experience for our customers, our community, and our team.

Today, DLP proudly serves seven counties across Ohio and has expanded our reach through strategic partnerships in three additional states. A cornerstone of our mission is community reinvestment; we take immense pride in hiring directly from the local communities we serve, ensuring that as our partners grow, their neighborhoods grow with them.
